Als openbare instelling staat ze ten dienste van het openbaar belang. Door haar reglementen zorgt ze voor een deontologische en eenvormige uitoefening van het beroep. Haar adviezen en vademecums willen daarbij een leidraad zijn voor alle betrokkenen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"journal-content-article\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Het notariaat hecht het grootste belang aan de deontologie en de interne controle ter bescherming van de burger. Zo waakt de Nationale Kamer samen met de Notari&euml;le Zekerheid over de financi&euml;le integriteit van de notariskantoren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"journal-content-article\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De Algemene Vergadering van de Nationale Kamer is samengesteld uit vertegenwoordigers van de 11 provinciale genootschappen&nbsp;van notarissen.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-col e277-e78 m7p-q m7p-r\"><div class=\"x-content-area e277-e79 m7p-13\"><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De provinciale kamers en genootschappen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Alle notarissen zijn lid van een&nbsp;provinciaal genootschap.
